Nasodigitoacoustic syndrome, also referred to as NDA syndrome, is a rare genetic disorder that affects the development of the face, fingers, and ears. This condition can also be known as the craniofacial-auricular-digital syndrome or the CFADS. NDA syndrome is characterized by a variety of symptoms such as abnormal facial features, finger and hand abnormalities, and hearing loss. This syndrome can cause difficulty with speech and language development and may require ongoing medical management throughout a person's lifetime. Other synonyms of NDA syndrome include Acro-lumbo-sacral dysostosis, auriculo-condylar syndrome, and otomandibular dysostosis.
